Original Artwork Return Policy | 10 Day Return Policy

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work
We offer a full money back 10-day Return Policy for online purchases only. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase of an original artwork you can notify us within 10 (ten) days, return the artwork to us and receive a refund – provided:

  1. You must notify us within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item/s that you wish to return them.
  2. The artwork will then need to be returned to us in perfect order (undamaged).
  3. You will be liable for the shipping costs (to you and the return to us).
  4. Once we have received and checked the returned item/s and confirmed all is in good order, we will process your refund within 14 working days.

 

What to Do If the Artwork of Print Arrives Damaged

  1. Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please send an email to customerservice@dejagerart.com between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (South Africa UTC+2 ) Monday through Friday or email us at customerservice@dejagerart.com to give us your order information.
  2. Save original packaging!
    Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to customerservice@dejagerart.com
  3. We will contact you to discuss next steps.
